Easy Steps to Heal from Trauma?

Hi All!
I am suffering because of trauma from the last 2 years. Although I have made some improvements over the last few months, sometimes, when I encounter a trigger news or event, this anxiety comes back. In this regard, I am already taking sessions from trauma therapy Belfast here, but I think I should also try to take some personal steps. Here are some approaches that I am following nowadays:
- I have joined a supportive group where the majority of people are dealing with PTSD and different types of trauma-related anxieties. Members share their feelings, triggers and healing approaches here.
- I am trying to avoid junk food and even prefer intermittent fasting to get better sleep. Yes, we get better sleep on an empty stomach compared to a full stomach and unhealthy eating.
- Nowadays, I am also working to find out the things that trigger me. However, we need to live with triggers, but I am not sure how to avoid thavoidn you guys suggest a remedy to ignore triggers?
All in all, what are your thoughts on my healing tips, and what can you recommend further?
